Hi, I’m Jean—an author, business coach, and vision board workshop facilitator with a passion for helping people live with greater clarity, purpose, and creativity.
For more than two decades, I’ve explored the bridge between vision and reality—first through my work with art, writing, and vision boards, then coaching.
In addition to my personal practice, I now serve as part of the Mountain BizWorks team, helping small businesses across Western North Carolina recover and rebuild after Hurricane Helene. This work continues to deepen my commitment to resilience and collective thriving.
Whether through a coaching session, a workshop, or community recovery work, my aim is always the same: to help people see themselves and their path more clearly, and to take inspired, meaningful action in their lives.

My Journey
My entrepreneurial path began with The Artful Parent, a global platform dedicated to helping families and educators foster children's creativity through art. For over a decade, I led a heart-centered mission to inspire parents and teachers to use art as a powerful tool for connection, self-expression, and exploration. From creating online courses and a membership site to writing award-winning books to managing a blog, this journey taught me the value of creativity, collaboration, and adaptability.
This experience shaped my understanding of how to transform ideas into impactful projects—a skill I now bring to my work as a coach and facilitator. Through Life Dreamery, I’ve expanded my mission to focus on helping others harness their own creativity and clarity to build meaningful, thriving lives and businesses.

Vision Board Workshops
Vision boards have been my go-to tool for more than 20 years, helping me dream big, gain clarity, and achieve incredible results. Many of my proudest accomplishments started as images and affirmations on a vision board.
Today, I facilitate vision board workshops for individuals, teams, and organizations—both virtually and in person—helping people harness this tool for clarity, motivation, and transformation.
I also have a book, Vision Board Magic: A Practical Guide to Manifesting Success, Happiness & Abundance, where I share the processes, tips, and real-life success stories that show just how powerful vision boards can be. This practical guide is designed to help you uncover your dreams and turn them into reality.
Coaching Entrepreneurs
As a business coach with over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, I know what it’s like to roll up my sleeves, wear all the hats, and navigate the highs and lows of running a business. I’ve created successful platforms, launched products, and built a team, and now I’m passionate about sharing those lessons with others.
Through one-on-one coaching, I help entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses. Whether you’re launching a new idea or looking to level up your current venture, I’m here to provide guidance, problem-solving, resources, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
Update: while I still have a couple of private clients, I haven’t been doing much coaching since I took a job helping Western North Carolina businesses with hurricane recovery.
Life in Asheville
When I’m not coaching clients or facilitating workshops, you’ll find me hiking the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, playing board games with my teenage daughters, or geeking out on astrology. I’m deeply inspired by the vibrant community of Asheville, which fuels my passion for both nature and creativity.
